Centreon provided a versatile monitoring platform that ITS Soluções used to monitor its own infrastructure, its managed cloud service (Radar Cloud), and its clients' environments. The solution was integrated into their outsourced NOC service and their automation platform, PressPlay. The results included improved SLA compliance, a reduced risk of errors and downtime, a shortened MTTR, and significant cost optimizations for both ITS Soluções and its clients, enabling more insightful conversations about IT performance.
