Objectif Lune, a global software company with operations across continents and time zones, needed to keep its business-critical IT systems available 24/7 while managing monitoring from a small, centralized team in Montréal. Using Centreon Open Source, the company aimed to better support global operations, protect key customer touchpoints, and ensure uninterrupted software downloads and service availability.

Centreon implemented a monitoring solution that automated and streamlined IT monitoring processes, helping Objectif Lune detect and respond to issues faster across 14 locations on 5 continents. The result was improved responsiveness, time savings in updating the monitoring perimeter and identifying problems, and enhanced coverage of around 400 hosts, 4,048 services, and about 600 virtual machines monitored with 20 to 30 indicators each.
