Case Study: Monoprix achieves zero-defect customer experiences with Centreon

A Centreon Case Study

Preview of the Monoprix Case Study

French Retailer Monoprix Uses Centreon to Monitor 725 Stores, Delivering Optimal Digital Experiences

Monoprix, one of France’s leading city-center retail chains, needed a way to maintain IT availability and performance across 725 stores while protecting the customer experience. As digital services became more critical—covering cash registers, electronic labels, payment systems, loyalty apps, and home delivery—the company turned to Centreon Business Edition to replace an older monitoring tool that could no longer handle the scope or complexity of its environment.

Centreon implemented a centralized monitoring platform that provides visibility across 17,000 hosts and more than 130,000 services, with dashboards used daily by nearly 100 IT staff. The solution integrates with Monoprix’s broader IT stack, including SD-WAN, cloud services, and SMS alerting, and supports proactive monitoring of transaction times and receipt delivery. With Centreon, Monoprix improved reliability, simplified operations, and gained the ability to detect issues before they affect customers, supporting a zero-defect customer experience.
