CentralSquare Technologies provided a built-in custom form generator in CentralSquare Public Safety Suite Pro at no extra cost, letting Lumpkin County build and attach searchable, “cop‑proof” forms (with electronic signatures, custom drop-downs and master-index integration) directly to records. The solution streamlined operations, eliminated paper printing and filing costs, reduced redundant data entry, improved information sharing with the DA’s office, and delivered immediate efficiencies after going live in December 2012.
