The Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office needed a Records Management System that could handle hundreds of agency-specific forms used for everything from investigations to prisoner transports. The solution streamlined operations, eliminated paper printing and filing costs, reduced redundant data entry, improved information sharing with the DA’s office, and delivered immediate efficiencies after going live in December 2012.
