The City of Rock Hill’s Rock Hill Police Department sought to replace its legacy VisionAIR system with a fully integrated, managed-server public safety suite to streamline work across its standalone PSAP, detention center, patrol and investigations divisions, reduce duplicate administrative steps, and give officers immediate access to shared records. CentralSquare Technologies was chosen to deliver the solution, deploying CentralSquare Public Safety Suite Pro to meet those integration and information‑access needs.
CentralSquare Technologies implemented its one‑database, one‑application CentralSquare Public Safety Suite Pro, enabling shared records for dispatch, field officers and detention staff, custom reporting and forms, and integrated tracking of activities from SWAT calls to UAS flight logs. The City of Rock Hill saw measurable gains: average jail booking time dropped from one hour to 14 minutes, officers spend less time on paperwork and more hours on the street for better coverage and safety, and the department can now run its own custom reports—supporting a community of 79,000 with about 87,000 annual calls.
