Arapahoe County, Colorado — a 3rd‑largest county covering about 800 square miles and serving nearly 580,000 residents — faced fragmented, municipality‑specific computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems that hindered cross‑jurisdiction communication and slowed emergency response. The Arapahoe County 911 Authority selected CentralSquare Technologies to provide a unified solution, deploying CentralSquare’s CAD Enterprise as the interoperable, configurable CAD and integrated 911 platform.

CentralSquare Technologies implemented CAD Enterprise across six jurisdictions (five law‑enforcement PSAPs and one Fire/EMS PSAP), plus ongoing support and integration of its records management system (RMS).
