Arizona Autism United (AZA United) is a provider of autism services that expanded from ABA into interdisciplinary care, adding speech therapy, occupational therapy, counseling/psychology, and more. As the organization grew, it needed a single system to improve visibility across disciplines, streamline billing and payroll, support care coordination, and gain better insight into operational health. AZA United turned to CentralReach, using CR Clinical and CR Practice Management, along with reporting and analytics tools.
CentralReach helped AZA United implement a unified platform with CR Insights advanced business intelligence, enabling them to track cancellations, billable hours, provider performance, goal progress, and payroll trends in real time. The results were significant: from 2021 to 2023, speech and occupational therapy clients grew 878%, speech and occupational therapy hours grew 2,069%, ABA therapy service hours increased 33%, in-clinic clients rose 78%, and parent training clients increased 103%. CentralReach also supported a 183% increase in staff using the platform and helped AZA United maintain 100% retention among BCBAs.
