The existing user interface required extensive training to pinpoint disruptions and did not clearly highlight danger zones, posing a safety risk. To improve safety and simplify operation, they partnered with Centigrade GmbH.

Centigrade GmbH developed an intuitive HMI featuring a 3D digital twin that visualizes complex data to instantly locate error sources. The solution used existing CAD data to automatically generate the model, eliminating manual post-processing. This resulted in significantly improved operational safety, enhanced usability, and a scalable, low-maintenance system that reduces implementation effort for new machines, leading to a high level of client satisfaction.
