A Centercode Case Study
Esri, a leading geographic information system (GIS) software company, struggled with a home‑grown beta application that was spun up and down for each project. That approach made recruiting large numbers of testers difficult, produced a disjointed experience that suppressed participation, and left many products without effective beta coverage.
After a two‑month Centercode pilot, Esri adopted the platform to run a persistent, centralized beta program that makes it easy to launch projects, gather feedback, and generate stakeholder reports. The program has grown to test 80 products and support a 38,000‑member community, producing 20,000 survey responses, 7,000 forum posts and 15,000 pieces of feedback to give developers faster, more actionable insights.
