Clark Builders, a 700+ employee general contractor based in Edmonton, took on the 521,080 sq ft Stoneycreek Village retail and office development in Fort McMurray and faced the challenge of managing a high volume of addendums, revised drawings and change orders while keeping the project on schedule and on budget. The approach saved roughly 100 labor hours, kept scope and budgets on track, and delivered more than $10M in savings that were passed on to the project owners.
