Zedot Construction, Inc., a 20-person general contractor based in Wetumpka, Alabama, served as the GC for the River Bank & Trust project (8,384 sq. ft., $2M, 8-month schedule). To improve estimating accuracy, speed, and subcontractor coordination so the job could be delivered on time and within budget, Zedot adopted On Center Software’s On-Screen Takeoff (OST) for digital, color-coded takeoffs and streamlined bid evaluation.

Using On Center Software’s OST, Zedot tripled the quantity measurement output, reduced costs and errors, and shared color-coded takeoffs digitally with superintendents and subs to improve scheduling and communication. The automation and clearer scope breakdown helped Zedot complete the River Bank & Trust project a month ahead of schedule while maintaining quality and budget goals.
