Southwestern Energy improves resilience for nearly 1,000 employees with Center for Creative Leadership

Southwestern Energy, a major natural gas producer, faced significant employee stress and anxiety due to a shifting marketplace and industry uncertainty. They partnered with the Center for Creative Leadership to decrease stress, increase energy, and create a scalable solution for leaders and frontline employees.

The Center for Creative Leadership implemented a two-track resilience process, beginning with workshops for senior leaders. This was followed by team discussions and ongoing practices like accountability partners and instructional videos. A year later, the program showed significant improvement in four out of five negative resilience behaviors among leaders, resulting in a more agile and resilient workforce.
