Ravenscroft School transforms K-12 leadership development with Center for Creative Leadership over 5 years

The Ravenscroft School, an independent K-12 institution, sought to holistically integrate leadership development into its entire educational experience to prepare students for a complex world. This challenge led them to partner with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to create a unique research incubator partnership and develop a systemic education initiative.

The Center for Creative Leadership collaborated with Ravenscroft to create and implement the groundbreaking Lead From Here program. This initiative provided leadership development for the entire school community, including administrators, faculty, staff, parents, and all students from pre-K through 12th grade. The results transformed the school's culture, fostering stronger learning relationships, enhancing academic development through leadership attributes like resilience, and empowering every individual to see themselves as a leader capable of creating positive change.
