Novo Nordisk rolls out coaching for 500 managers in 36 countries with Center for Creative Leadership

Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company based in Denmark, sought to strengthen its performance-focused culture by developing nearly 500 of its People Managers across Europe. The company partnered with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to create a personalized coaching program that would improve manager skills in five key competencies and train them in the Novo Nordisk way of coaching, all within an ambitious timeline.

The Center for Creative Leadership developed and rolled out the "Insights for Development" program, which included a customized 360-degree assessment and individualized one-on-one coaching delivered in 13 languages. The solution achieved high participant satisfaction, with ratings averaging 4.3 out of 5 for the value of the coaching. CCL successfully implemented this large-scale solution across 36 countries in a limited time frame, providing Novo Nordisk with valuable analytics to benchmark its managers against others in the healthcare sector.
