Jollibee Foods Corporation, a large global food company, sought to build a unified coaching culture and improve leadership communication, especially as it expanded internationally and navigated the challenges of the pandemic. They partnered with the Center for Creative Leadership to develop a solution that would empower employees and enhance virtual engagement.
The Center for Creative Leadership co-created a journey beginning with senior leaders and then rolling out its Better Conversations Every Day program broadly via a train-the-trainer model, adapted to a virtual format. This initiative significantly improved managers' skills in difficult conversations and feedback. Participants rated the program an average of 4.8 out of 5, with measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and team support reported across the organization.
