The Center for Creative Leadership worked with Barclaycard to craft a custom leadership development program combining big-picture strategy with individual development, featuring executive coaching and a custom Benchmarks® 360 assessment. The results were strong, with 100% of participants feeling they had become more effective leaders. Furthermore, 92% of direct reports said their managers were more effective and more collaborative, with 80% of teams feeling more empowered and 70% more engaged.
