ABS-CBN Corporation, a major Filipino media and entertainment group, faced significant industry disruption from the digital shift and an impending wave of retirements among its senior leaders. To address this, ABS-CBN partnered with the Center for Creative Leadership to develop customized leadership programs aimed at filling its talent pipeline and grooming its next generation of leaders.

The Center for Creative Leadership co-designed and delivered the Executive Development Program and Management Development Program, which included leadership modules, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions. The solution delivered tangible results for ABS-CBN, including eight participants being promoted to leadership positions and 80% of the strategic projects presented by participants being approved by the executive team. The Center for Creative Leadership's programs also fostered greater cross-departmental collaboration and provided leaders with a more strategic, big-picture perspective.
