Arawak Port Development (APD) is the operator of Nassau Container Port in The Bahamas and a critical enterprise for the national economy. After going public in 2012, APD’s VP/CFO needed to produce timely, audit-ready quarterly and annual financial statements, improve planning detail, and eliminate low‑probability budget items—requirements that demanded greater accuracy and control with no margin for error.

APD implemented Centage’s driver‑led budgeting and reporting solution, loading current budgets and historical actuals and integrating it with their Sage ERP. The system automated variable calculations (for example, TEU‑based lease fees), supported what‑if analyses, replicated required filing layouts, and enabled line‑item accountability.
