Equitas Health is a regional nonprofit healthcare system and one of the largest LGBTQ+ and HIV/AIDS–serving organizations in the U.S., with 21 offices across three states and 500+ employees. Their budgeting process relied on multiple Excel spreadsheets uploaded into their Abila GL, which made consolidation slow, error-prone, and difficult to manage version control across many departments and operators.
