Carroll County Memorial Hospital, a 25‑bed Critical Access Hospital in Carrollton, MO with 250+ staff, relied on Excel for budgeting—resulting in manual data entry, broken formulas, difficulty tracking changes, and limited ability for patient‑care directors to participate in and own their department budgets.
CCMH implemented Planning Maestro, integrated with Dynamics GP, to automate data imports, streamline the capital→revenue→expense budgeting flow, and produce variance reports for department directors.
