Housing Authority of Snohomish County (HASCO) is a 93‑employee nonprofit government agency in Everett, WA, that provides affordable housing and tenant supports across Snohomish County. HASCO’s budgeting grew increasingly complex due to multiple government funding requirements and numerous funds and allocations (by property, bedroom count, etc.), and Excel spreadsheets became unwieldy and insufficient for accurate, auditable budgeting and tracking.
