Case Study: Newlife achieves zero email threats and unified web and cloud protection with CensorNet

A CensorNet Case Study

Preview of the Newlife Case Study

Newlife, the UK’s largest children’s disability equipment charity, required robust security across all of its sites to protect employees from web, email and cloud based attacks and ensure high data governance

Newlife, the UK charity supplying specialist equipment to disabled children, faced frequent targeted web, cloud and email attacks across its mix of offices, stores, warehouses and homeworkers and needed strong, auditable data governance. To address this, Newlife selected CensorNet for a cloud-based security suite including Web Security, CASB, Email Security, Email Archive, Sandboxing and MFA that integrates with Office 365.

CensorNet deployed its cloud platform and CASB to control application access, block risky sites and scan email links (LinkScan), while Email Security and sandboxing stopped phishing and impersonation attacks. As a result, CensorNet reduced Newlife’s email threats from 20–50 a day to zero, gave the IT team a single pane of glass across 14 sites, cut user support calls and improved staff productivity and confidence in online safety.
