Intility, a managed cloud provider handling identity management for 500 companies and 15,000 users, was struggling with frequent password expirations, forgotten credentials and an increasing volume of password-related helpdesk calls — plus the difficulty of securely verifying users requesting resets. To address these challenges, Intility implemented CensorNet’s Password Reset Module (PRM, formerly SMS PASSCODE) as a self-service password reset service for all customers on its platform.

CensorNet delivered an MFA-backed self-service portal that was rolled out simultaneously to all 500 customers and 15,000 users with no downtime and no extra cost. The CensorNet PRM made it faster and easier for users to regain access from any device, reduced helpdesk password inquiries so technicians could focus on complex cases, and improved overall security and user satisfaction.
