How to safeguard 1,500 users by going beyond web security

Royal Russell School, a coeducational day and boarding school in South London responsible for safeguarding about 1,500 users, faced an urgent need to move beyond end-of-life web security and protect vulnerable pupils’ data while securing access to cloud-hosted services. To meet this challenge they engaged CensorNet and evaluated its offerings to replace their legacy web filter and extend protection across web and cloud applications.

CensorNet implemented a combined solution—Web Security, Cloud Application Security (CASB) and Email Security—giving the school a single pane of glass to enforce rule-based, personalized access for pupils and staff, block web-borne malware and inappropriate content, and filter phishing and spam.
