Tour Operator Journeys from Insular Solutions to A Centralized Content Information Platform

FTI GROUP, one of Europe’s largest tour operators with over 12,000 employees and dozens of brands, faced a fragmented content landscape after rapid growth and acquisitions. Multiple stand-alone content systems created high maintenance overhead, inefficient workflows and poor transparency around image use and rights, so the company sought a single, future-proof platform able to centrally manage all content types and integrate smoothly into its existing systems.

FTI implemented the censhare digital asset and content management platform with integration support from kolb digital, centralizing image and content workflows across the group. The rollout now supports ~200 users and manages some 630,000 images (4 million assets total), delivering a 35% reduction in image-management workload, 10% fewer images licensed, faster market response, clearer rights tracking and plans to expand the platform to print and broader content archives.
