Case Study: Steinberg achieves rapid e‑commerce growth and 48× faster product updates with Censhare

A Censhare Case Study

Preview of the Steinberg Case Study

Steinberg relies on censhare as a central company wide information management hub to underpin further rapid growth

Steinberg Media Technologies, a leading maker of professional music and audio production software and hardware selling 50+ products worldwide, was struggling to sustain rapid ecommerce growth because product information and assets were scattered across silos, spreadsheets and personal drives. Managing multi‑language website and shop content had become a manual, error‑prone “copy and paste” operation that threatened the company’s ability to scale and sell directly online.

Working with MSP, Steinberg implemented censhare as a central content hub (PIM/DAM/CMS) with a headless CMS and semantic metadata, automating inheritance, approvals, translations and REST delivery to the website. The result: product updates that once took four hours now take five minutes, SKUs go live in one hour instead of three days, image searches drop from ~30 minutes to 10 seconds, 100 sites are driven automatically, and the company now has an end‑to‑end, reusable content process that removed manual work and boosted ecommerce agility.
