HEROLD, Austria’s leading directories service for SMEs, faced a growing operational challenge: managing nearly 150,000 assets and producing 25,000–50,000 print and online ads annually required extensive manual effort and lacked centralized workflows. Their legacy tools couldn’t support centralized asset or workflow management, creating time-consuming conversions, risk of errors and inefficiencies across campaigns.

Working with Premedia, HEROLD implemented censhare as a unified content platform (DAM + CMS) to centralize assets, automate workflows and migrate/convert over 20,000 Adobe Illustrator files into InDesign. The rollout reduced manual work, shortened training time, and improved QA — delivering 60% faster file conversions, management of 10,000 fonts, and streamlined production of some 50,000 ads per year while providing a future-proof, scalable marketing infrastructure.
