C3 Creative Code and Content (formerly BurdaYukom Publishing) is Germany’s leading content marketing agency producing Amway’s business magazine Amagram in 26 localized editions. With editors and contributors spread across Poland, Greece, Germany and the UK, the agency faced the challenge of coordinating complex, multilingual and multi‑channel production—managing deadlines, authorizations and huge volumes of content without the inefficiencies of hardcopy handoffs.

C3 implemented the censhare central data‑management and workflow system to electronically route content from HQ to publisher to national editorial teams, enforce approvals and release dates, and enable single‑source updates that local teams can adapt. The platform handled thousands of pages through a coordinated workflow involving editors, translators and agencies, delivering a homogeneous but locally tailored Amagram, faster production, reduced duplication of effort and expanded capability for newsletters and online/mobile channels.
