Hevert-Arzneimittel is a family-owned homeopathic pharmaceutical company with a portfolio of over 100 medicines and an international customer base. It needed to keep diverse groups — drugstores, doctors, natural therapists, pharma assistants and end users — continuously informed across many languages and countries while complying with differing legal and approval requirements for materials like package leaflets, creating a complex content- and communication-management challenge.
