A Censhare Case Study
Endress+Hauser, a global leader in industrial process instrumentation with around 12,000 employees and operations in dozens of countries, faced inconsistent messaging across websites, brochures and catalogs that weakened its global brand. To become more "glocal" — delivering consistent, globally valid content while preserving local flexibility — the company launched the WebCom program in 2012 to standardize, automate and streamline international communications and reduce training and maintenance overhead.
The solution was to adopt censhare as a central content platform, break communications into modular information units, and apply metadata-driven data logic so the same asset can be reused and presented automatically in multiple contexts. Using censhare (hosted on AWS) Endress+Hauser relaunched 38 websites in 22 languages, achieved more consistent, easier-to-update content, reduced workload and gained a scalable foundation for future channels such as print, mobile, e‑commerce and IoT-enabled services.
