Content Delivery Platform Automates Insurer’s Marketing Production

R+V Versicherung, Germany’s second-largest insurer, needed to modernize marketing operations for its 200-person team serving 8.8 million customers. Asset libraries were scattered across network drives, local silos and external agencies, leaving the team unable to search, convert or deliver media and text efficiently. The lack of a centralized DAM and headless CMS made content production slow, costly and hard to scale.

R+V implemented censhare as a cloud-based Digital Asset Management and Headless Content Management solution on AWS, with DIU managing the integration. The platform now serves as a single content hub with API-driven delivery across the martech stack, used by 200 internal users and 20+ external agencies; it provides secure, flexible cloud operations, faster automated production, and clear plans to scale to hundreds of thousands of assets while meeting all project targets.
