Competitive edge through efficient production

Delius Klasing is Europe’s largest family‑owned special interest publisher (200 staff, offices in Bielefeld, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart) known for books, magazines and calendars about cars, cycling and water sports. Facing a need to scale production, reuse media‑neutral content across more print and digital channels, and replace slow, manual IT processes, the publisher sought a central omnichannel content management platform to streamline workflows and boost automation.

Working with Mohn Media, Delius Klasing introduced censhare as a hosted central platform to manage assets, content and processes. The solution consolidated 3 million assets, automated PDF generation and royalty statements (cutting a four‑hour task to milliseconds), enabled multi‑channel distribution and content reuse, and now drives production of 1,100 books, 17 magazines, 40 calendars and 350 eBooks with greater transparency and efficiency.
