AZL, which manages administration and customer communications for about 50 Dutch pension funds covering more than 1 million pension holders, faced mounting demand for personalized, transparent communications. The new system lets AZL assemble approved, brand‑specific content, personalize text, swap logos and colors quickly, and eliminate repetitive manual work. Results include 700+ critical content changes handled yearly, reduced errors, improved staff morale and client service, and a foundation for future digital integrations.
