AZL, which manages administration and customer communications for about 50 Dutch pension funds covering more than 1 million pension holders, faced mounting demand for personalized, transparent communications. Its legacy template-based system was slow and labor-intensive—simple changes could take up to 45 days—making it hard to deliver timely, brand-specific letters and marketing materials while meeting strict regulatory and security requirements.
AZL implemented censhare’s omnichannel content platform (hosted on-premises) after a proof-of-concept and agile sprint rollout showed it could deliver new mailings at least 75% faster. The new system lets AZL assemble approved, brand‑specific content, personalize text, swap logos and colors quickly, and eliminate repetitive manual work. Results include 700+ critical content changes handled yearly, reduced errors, improved staff morale and client service, and a foundation for future digital integrations.
