Smartmedia beefs up its business with Cenareo

Smartmedia, an advertising company offering print and digital solutions for hypermarkets and shopping centers, sought a flexible partner to digitize and develop its national digital signage network. The company faced the challenge of intense competition and needed a modern, intuitive solution to manage its dynamic displays, leading them to partner with vendor Cenareo and adopt its SaaS content management system (CMS).

Cenareo implemented its digital signage platform, co-developing a new 'voice share' feature to separate content management between Smartmedia's landlord clients and its own advertisers. The solution provided an intuitive, collaborative, and reliable tool for remote screen management. As a result, Smartmedia dramatically expanded its network from 15 to over 1,000 screens, with plans to add 300 more annually. This digital offering now represents 70% of its revenue and has allowed the company to achieve ACPM certification.
