Diana Pet Food, a global company specializing in pet well-being, faced the complex challenge of strengthening employee commitment across its 18 international factories. With a diverse workforce of 1090 employees, many without computer access, their existing communication tools were not inclusive, making it difficult to unify teams around brand values. They sought a new solution and partnered with Cenareo to address this.
Cenareo implemented a dynamic digital signage solution of 34 screens across all sites, placed in common areas. Using Cenareo's content management platform, the head office could disseminate 70% corporate messages in eight languages, while local sites could also share regional information. This strategy resulted in highly engaged employees, with 95% seeing a screen daily and 60% actively watching it at least once a day. Ultimately, 90% of employees supported the new communication channel, successfully strengthening internal cohesion.
