The Global Manufacturing Company RM Drives Collaboration

Rubble Master (RM Group), a global manufacturer of mobile crushers and screens with sites in Austria and Ireland and partners in 110 countries, was struggling with fragmented digital assets, inconsistent storage standards, and difficulty sharing large files and operator manuals across teams and external partners. To centralize its content supply chain and improve access for marketing, technicians and customers, Rubble Master engaged CELUM and implemented the CELUM content supply chain platform as a Cloud solution on Microsoft Azure.

CELUM delivered a central hub—branded internally as “RM Media World”—that now supports 988 users and houses >40,000 assets, enabling serial-number-based delivery of manuals, easier search via metadata keywords, and seamless sharing of large files. As a result, customer self-service for documentation improved, global marketing and partners can publish up-to-date on‑brand content more efficiently, and CELUM has helped drive lead generation and website content optimisation across Rubble Master’s 110-country network.
