Rosenbauer values the rights management by CELUM

Rosenbauer, a global firefighting technology group with around 4,000 employees and operations on three continents, needed a central system to manage the huge volume of media for its highly customized vehicles and product lifecycle documentation. Since 2004 Rosenbauer has used CELUM’s Digital Asset Management (CELUM software) to map confidentiality levels, manage rights, and provide self-service access to marketing, corporate communications and product development assets.

CELUM implemented a user-friendly content hub with file transcoding, flexible rights management and a visual approval workflow that warns users about unapproved assets, enabling easy internal and external self-service retrieval. As a result, Rosenbauer now manages 242,121 assets with 3,500 users and averages 43,833 downloads per year, improving efficiency and reducing the risk of publishing unapproved media — all powered by CELUM.
