A CELUM Case Study
Hansgrohe SE, the global bathroom and kitchen fittings manufacturer, faced an overload of multilingual product and marketing assets—thousands of images, drawings and publications across 34 businesses and operations in 143 countries—which made global distribution to websites, catalogs and customer service channels unwieldy. To regain clarity and control of marketing processes, Hansgrohe SE turned to CELUM and implemented CELUM Digital Asset Management (DAM).
CELUM’s DAM, deployed since 2010 and integrated with Hansgrohe SE’s SAP Commerce PIM, now manages 163,000 assets (~1.6 TB) for about 120 users, automates publishing and rights-based removals, simplifies video handling and enables journalist access via CELUM Pin LINK. The implementation delivered smoother site and catalog publishing, faster internal searches and exports, and a significant increase in the efficiency of Hansgrohe SE’s digital processes.
