Vetter, a company managing highly complex finance, order management, and Trackwise® processes, needed better transparency and control across more than 200 activities, 1,200 status and field changes, and over 1,000,000 process variants. To address this challenge, Vetter worked with Celonis and INFOMOTION, using the Celonis platform for process mining and process visibility.

Celonis developed a special analysis approach to harmonize Trackwise®’s process levels and make the two processes analyzable end to end. The result was impressive process insight and improved transparency, helping Vetter move toward process excellence, with the case highlighting strong outcomes such as 99% realized cash discounts and a 15% reduction in cycle time.
