Siemens Healthineers, a large global technology and healthcare company, faced highly complex, multi‑system business processes that lacked end-to-end transparency. To uncover bottlenecks, deviations and hidden cost drivers across purchasing, logistics, production and order handling, Siemens Healthineers partnered with Celonis and implemented Celonis Process Mining (used through its internal Process DAsh initiative).

Celonis assembled data from disparate IT systems to automatically visualize real processes in real time, added conformance checks and predictive capabilities with Celonis Pi, and enabled targeted improvements. The Celonis solution reduced throughput times and costs, improved customer satisfaction, and delivered approved savings in the double‑digit millions, with more than 2,500 active users worldwide leveraging the platform.
