Celonis implemented the Order Management Execution App and process mining capabilities to provide real-time alerts, improve collaboration across teams, and help Rational act on problems earlier. As a result, Rational eliminated 120,000 manual process activities, cut cycle time for blocked orders by 40%, was alerted 3,300 times to take action, and improved first-time-right rates by up to 30%.
