Reckitt Benckiser engaged Celonis to implement process mining across multiple processes in an agile way. Facing an ERP deployment and wider digital transformation, RB needed real‑time end‑to‑end process transparency, root‑cause analysis, process harmonisation and continuous control monitoring — beginning with a Celonis proof of value on P2P.

Celonis helped RB establish a Centre of Excellence and deploy the Celonis platform across five processes (O2C, AR, PO, AP, VIM) in five pilot markets, scaling users from 50 to 350 and ingesting 1.4 TB of data across two ERP templates. The Celonis rollout delivered real‑time KPI monitoring, process harmonisation, RPA and spend opportunity identification, improved on‑time payments and reduced overdue invoices, and provided the governance and insights to accelerate continuous improvement and support RB’s transformation objectives.
