Celonis helped Neste build performance dashboards and use daily management features to structure twice-weekly reviews, track tasks, and keep teams aligned. As a result, Neste cut average invoicing lead time from 9.4 days to 4.2 days in six months, driving an estimated monthly cash flow impact of 55 million euros.
