Workiro, a document management and productivity software company, needed a modern way to connect its support, finance, sales, and billing systems after moving away from a homegrown ERP/CRM. To support its custom pricing and customer-specific deals, Workiro chose Celigo alongside Zendesk, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Chargebee, but needed a way to keep customer, invoice, and product data synchronized across systems.

Celigo implemented prebuilt integrations for Zendesk-NetSuite and Salesforce-NetSuite, then custom flows for Chargebee billing, using Integrator.io. The result was real-time data visibility across teams, faster and easier access to invoices and customer information, and more automation between front office and back office. With Celigo, Workiro improved sales efficiency and supported scalable growth for its custom pricing model.
