Vertex Wireless, a wholesale distributor of mobile devices and IoT hardware, needed a more scalable way to support growing fulfillment volumes and custom 3PL offerings. Its previous eCommerce connector was costly and too limited for the company’s hybrid environment, which included NetSuite and an on-prem WMS, as well as more complex data migration needs.

Vertex Wireless implemented Celigo’s integrator.io iPaaS to automate order entry, sync serialized inventory between systems, and support custom API, JSON, and webhook-based integrations. With Celigo, Vertex now handles 3,000 to 6,000 fulfillments per day with far less effort, can build and launch new customer integrations in hours instead of 6 to 8 months, and processed 91,000 orders with 187,000 items picked for one 3PL customer in the past year.
