Tea Forté Automates 3PL Processes to Improve Wholesale Business

Tea Forte, an American tea company with a growing wholesale operation, faced challenges after moving to NetSuite in 2017 because its older integration setup could not properly handle item intake with lot codes. Tea Forte needed a reliable way to exchange data between NetSuite and its 3PLs and warehouses, and turned to Celigo for help.

Celigo implemented custom integrations and data flows to quickly send orders to warehouses and 3PLs, including transfers between the main warehouse, Amazon warehouses, and smaller Tea Forte locations.
