Spectrio, a Florida-based full-service audio and video marketing company with a recurring-revenue model, was struggling to manage high transaction volumes—up to $100,000 in monthly bills, 2,000–3,000 invoices and about 2,700 paper checks per month. Manual receivable entry and check-scanning led to errors, double entry, limited financial visibility, and one full-time employee spending roughly 30 hours a month on data entry despite using a bank lockbox.
Spectrio implemented Celigo’s Lockbox Connector, which automated lockbox reporting and reconciliation. The integration matched entries at about 90%, enabled real-time cash visibility, reduced AP/AR processing to roughly one hour, and freed a full-time employee for higher-value work—eliminating the need for additional accounting staff.
