Miansai, the accessories brand, was struggling with disconnected systems that required a lot of manual work to manage orders, fulfillment, inventory, invoicing, and returns as it shifted from wholesale to direct-to-consumer sales. The company chose Shopify Plus for its new website and needed a way to integrate it with NetSuite, Square, and Returnly. Celigo was selected as the vendor, with its cloud-based integrator.io platform and prebuilt NetSuite/Shopify integration app.

Celigo implemented the integrations so Miansai could automate order and inventory flows between systems and simplify returns processing. The result was less manual work and fewer errors, faster fulfillment, and better customer satisfaction: orders received before 4:00 p.m. now ship the same day, versus the next day under the old process. The solution also launched in about three months and gave Miansai a scalable integration foundation as the business grows.
