Imbema, a Netherlands-based industrial supplier with 10 subsidiaries, was undergoing a broad digital transformation and needed to modernize its ERP environment in NetSuite while integrating EDI and other systems. With a lean IT team, the company also faced heavy manual work for sales-order credit checks and lacked a centralized way to manage integrations across its growing business.

Celigo implemented a single iPaaS platform for Imbema, with support from Cadran and Zangabee, to handle EDI-NetSuite integrations and automate key workflows. Using Celigo, Imbema eliminated much of the manual order processing, saving labor time on roughly 1,600 monthly orders, reduced dependence on third-party support, and expanded automation to BOM configuration and other systems, improving efficiency, customer experience, and scalability across the company.
