Huppin’s Automates the Holiday Rush across multiple channels

Huppin’s, a Spokane-based consumer electronics retailer that expanded from brick-and-mortar to national e-commerce and marketplaces like Amazon, needed a way to unify orders across multiple sales channels while implementing NetSuite. They turned to Celigo to integrate Magento with NetSuite so they could streamline direct and third-party transactions and avoid bottlenecks during peak holiday demand.

Celigo implemented its Magento-NetSuite Integration App, later upgraded on the Integrator.io iPaaS platform, automating order and settlement imports plus shipping, inventory, and pricing updates. The result was seamless scaling as order volume grew, with Michael spending only about 30 minutes a day monitoring flows, faster settlement of transactions, and improved holiday-season performance across channels.
